This class is a unique and exciting, high energy, fitness-based hula-hoop class that is designed to give you a fun and full body workout. Hula hooping tones muscles, increases stamina, sheds pounds, improves coordination, increases flexibility and reduces stress-all while making working out feel like fun! You will learn how waist hoop and integrate aerobic exercises with the hoop on and off your body all while working out to 80s music. Modifications are available to accommodate any level student, from beginners to advanced. We will end with a nice cool down.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
