Technology makes a lot of things easier, but sometimes a little too complicated with all the data. What do we do with it? Here we talk about mindful running and four key elements how to run best based on how you feel (called perceived exertion). We begin with 10min intro, warm up drills, 30min easy run, post stretch flow.
